Outfit of the Day 1.14.2017 and Weekend Update!
Hey friends!! Today I am going to share with you what I wore yesterday. So quick update, I was out and about from 11am to 10pm last night and I wore this the entire time! I went from church to running errands to a movie date with my boyfriend later at night. We saw Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and it was so amazing. Reads to Kick off January!
Here are some of my recently read favorites! Into the Water – Paula Hawkins This book was for sure part of the thriller genre. It reminded me a lot of Girl on the Train and Gone Girl. Once I started reading it, I could not put it down! Wonder – R.J. Palacio The movie for this just came out so you may have already heard of it. This is a young adult novel but a good read for all ages. I had to read it for my Intro to Elementary Education Class and everyone in my class loved it. 2018. This Year’s Resolutions
Hey friends! I decided to come up with some resolutions for the New Year. Although they aren’t always accomplished, they keep me motivated! Yoga I want to keep practicing yoga. It’s become a big part of my life and I want to continue making it a regular part of my daily routine. Travel I hope to travel more in this year. I’m not sure where I want to go but there are so many different places I haven’t been yet! OOTD 10.1.15
Since I normally don’t have anything school related on Thursdays, I try to run all of my errands and get everything done! Today my dad and I went out to lunch to an Italian restaurant and this is what I wore! It’s starting to get a little chillier so now I can break out my vest and sweater combinations, which is definitely one of the best parts about Fall and Winter. I recently bought black jeggings from american eagle and I like them a lot more than I thought I would. They have a way dressier look than just plain leggings but they’re SUPER comfortable. Fun Little Things
Hey everyone! For me, it’s nearly impossible to walk around Target or Home Goods without picking something up and contemplating whether or not to buy it even though I just came in to “look”. (I hope I’m not the only one with this problem!) Lately, I seem to find myself coming home with all the little things that I find right before the checkout! A couple weeks ago I found this pink journal at TJ Maxx and this notebook at Home Goods! It’s still pretty warm outside so not quite sweater weather yet! (Even though it is Fall!) On Thursdays, I don’t have any classes so this was my outfit for running errands and going to a poetry reading for my English Class. I’ve never been to one so I had no idea what to wear but it turned out to be a pretty casual event when I got there!
