Craft Time! Recycle your Lilly Pulitzer Agenda

Hi friends!! I am so excited to share this post.  I’m not sure how many times I have thought “wow I really love all the fun pages and patterns that come in my agenda but what can I do with them”.  I go through and use my agenda throughout the year and then have nothing to do with all the super cute pages that are left over.  I’ve sat down to brainstorm and thought of a couple solutions to this.  Today I’m going to share with you how I used some pages for my agenda to spice up some plain white containers that I bought to organize my makeup.

First I went through my agendas that I no longer use.  I literally have three that I do not use anymore but was just waiting for the right time to use them honestly (not my best habit since they just sit on my shelf).  I went to Marshall’s and found two plain white containers that were only $5 so definitely in my budget.  I decided to use my Cricut Cutter to print out some letters and shapes from the Lilly pages.  You could definitely trace out letters or shapes from online so there’s no need for a Cricut Cutter, but if you have one then why not use it!

To secure them to the containers, I used Mod Podge.  Mod Podge is always my go to source for crafts and scrapbooking.  It dries clear so you don’t have to worry if you get it everywhere like me.  I decided to cut out my monogram and the word ‘LIVE’ to put on the larger container.  I also added a couple of little stars on the sides where there are not any words.

I decided to use the smaller container for bobby pins and hair ties and the larger one for my makeup brushes.  I love the way that it turned out!! I’m still trying to think of more DIY Lilly ideas so stay tuned for next time!
